V2Soft has global offices in 6 countries – US, India, Italy, Mexico, China and Germany.

V2Soft was founded in 1998 as a technology solutions company. In 2003 V2Soft Pvt Ltd was established in Bangalore (second delivery center), India and we started to offer IT Solutions to our customers through local and global delivery. Our third delivery center was established in 2006 in Rochester Hills, Michigan. V2Soft started to re-invest in Michigan and built their state of the art development center in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan to provide more innovative and agile local technology services which the large global players struggled with and very soon created a competitive edge for V2Soft with strong local and global centers. Over the years V2Soft has opened offices in many states in US and five other countries outside the United States supporting customers worldwide. V2Soft’s business domain experience which started with automotive customers has now expanded into Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial, Retail, Technology, Energy, Utilities, Advertising & Marketing, Education and Government agencies.

V2Soft and their employees are actively involved in many community events and non-profit organizations. Events such as assisting at the Soup Kitchen in Pontiac Michigan or working together in Detroit as part of the Life Remodeled project. Support for non-profit organizations include Michigan Women in Technology (MCWT), JDRF, Little Sisters Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Wildlife Conservation and Make-A-Wish Foundations.V2Soft believes in giving back to the community.

About the CEO

Our President & CEO, Mr. Varchasvi Shankar is a leader who strongly believes his strengths are his employees and has dedicated over 17 years to build, reinvest and grow his passion which is building a technology company that helps in solving real business problems. Mr. Shankar dedicates his time to help make the right business decisions with each organization, pure dedication to the company and its growth by listening to his team’s ideas and tries to understand what they have to offer and how they too want to help grow the company.

Mr. Shankar never believed in “following the pack” or “see what everyone else is doing”, rather took holistic approach to innovate during uncertain times to succeed and challenge competition who were much larger than us.

Mr. Shankar has envisioned the future of the company to expand into newer domains and investing in emerging technologies to integrate them into real business world. He has truly diversified his workforce and worked with colleges to provide new and cutting edge ideas and solutions to business problems for various clients. He plans to build a Billion Dollar global technology company through organic, acquisitions and investment by 2025.

Mr. Shankar has dedicated a number of years and has a deep passion for the well-being of Wildlife and conservation activities. Over the last decade he has invested time, funds and infrastructure to support such activities worldwide.
