AKKA 2016 Program Participation Rules 

1. All decisions made by AKKA 2016 Entertainment Committee are final
2. Every participant in the group must be registered to the AKKA WKC 2016
3. All presentations should be presented in Kannada (OR) Theme should be related to Karnataka
4. Form Submission Requirements:
   • Please fill entry form (or browse http://goo.gl/forms/pZD3hwXzIZ)
   • Good quality video/audio of the presentation should be provided(preferably in costume for Dance and Drama). A minimum of 3 mins recording is required
   • Artists/Group profile and a detailed write up of the proposed presentation
   • Optionally, reviews of past performances, media coverage, photographs etc. are encouraged
5. All materials submitted, including the video; video links; will not be returned and will be destroyed after the program.
6. Your time slot and duration will be given to you by the AKKA 2016 Entertainment Committee
7. Stage assignments and duration will be done by AKKA 2016 Entertainment Committee
8. Artists will be responsible for their own costumes and makeup
9. All expenses should be borne by the Artists
10. Any music used must be professionally recorded
11. Minimum age of the participant is 6
12. All Props used must be approved by the AKKA 2016 Entertainment Committee
13. Artist will provide a brief description of the program for Compare
14. Allotted duration includes Prop setup, Prop removal, and artist entry and exit times.
15. Deadline for Application is May 15th
16. Decision will be communicated to the artists selected by May 31^st
