– Invest Karnataka presents a fabulous opportunity  companies & entrepreneurs connected to India’s most vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem of Bengaluru. Submit your application & the top selected companies will pitch in front of a live audience of Startup Advisors, Investors, & Industry leaders at 9th AKKA Convention in Atlantic City on 3rd Sep.

– Prizes include dedicated mentoring hours from Successful VCs & Entrepreneurs, Co-working spaces and exclusive opportunity to pitch to exclusive Angel networks!

Eligibility & Process:
– Contest is open to Companies of all stages – startups to growth companies  and from all industries

– Preference would be given to startups which have some affiliation to Karnataka in any context – IP licensing from local institution, having local offices, location of the founders, target market etc.

– Top-5 Pitches will be intimated of their selection by 19th Aug and invited to present in front of Live Audience on 3rd Sep in Atlantic City

The Grand Final:
– Top-5 Pitches will be invited to present in front of a Live Audience at 9th AKKA Convention at Atlantic City on3rd Sep 2016.

– 5-minute pitches, followed by 5 min judges Q&A

– 5 Judges will score and rank the 5 companies on idea, market, scalability, team and execution strategy among other items in front of a live audience to determine which group places 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

1st Prize
– 12 hours of mentoring from leading VCs and accomplished Entrepreneurs
– Free book-keeping services
– 3-month free office space
– Opportunity to pitch to TiE Angels in New York

2nd Prize
– 8 hours of mentoring from leading VCs and accomplished Entrepreneurs
– 1-month free Incubator space in New York

3rd Prize
– 6 hours of mentoring from leading VCs and accomplished Entrepreneurs
