- Conceptualized a first of its kind Center of Excellence in Aerospace/Aviation for the Govt. of Karnataka

- Proposed and initiated a School of Economics to be set up in Bengaluru to commemorate Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s 125th birth Anniversary along with the London School of Economics
