Any differences\u00a0between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other\u00a0documentation could lead to a delay and\/or denial of your visa.<\/li>\n<li>If you are performing, include the details of the performance or if you are exhibiting, please indicate so in your request.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that each individual requesting an invitation letter must send out a separate\u00a0form.<\/li>\n<li>All letters will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided. If a paper letter\u00a0is required, please respond to the email. Requested paper letters will be sent\u00a0through airmail\/Fedex\/UPS for a nominal fees.
