In the case of a language other than Kannada, it will be ineligible for selection.<\/li>\n<li>Dubbed versions of films from other languages are not eligible for submission.<\/li>\n<li>Try to upload the HD form of the film so that we don\u2019t have to ask you again for the film. HD video formats must be either 720 or 1080 vertical scan lines.<\/li>\n<li>Share the cloud drive link and ensure you will be giving permission to download the movies.<\/li>\n<li>All films must be submitted in \u201cDigital format\u201d (.mpeg4, Mov, MP4, .avi, .mpg).<\/li>\n<li>Entries will be subject to review by a Jury panel constituted by this Festival.<\/li>\n<li>The jury\u2019s decision will be the final to shortlist the movie and will be confidential. Decisions cannot be challenged.<\/li>\n<li>AKKA\u2019s decision is the final in the selection process.<\/li>\n<li>The festival will not provide feedback on films or specific reasons for the rejection of any film.<\/li>\n<li>Only the filmmakers who make it to the final selection of the festival will be notified about selection at the end of the selection process through phone call \/ E-mail or will be announced on our website. No information will be divulged before that.<\/li>\n<li>The selected films will be screened on the festival day subject to the available time duration.<\/li>\n<li>All prizes must be claimed within three months of receiving the notification via email, after which you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize.<\/li>\n<li>Awards won by non-attendees to the convention will need to pay additional charges for delivery of their award and certificate.
