The Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) provides fully accessible, street-level ADA entrances at its main locations: 12th & Arch Streets (East) and Broad Street (West). All entrances feature step-free access, and elevators are available throughout to reach all levels. Designated ADA drop-off is at 12th & Arch.

Accommodations
AKKA Hospitality team is currently working closely with hotel management and is in the final stages of finalizing the accommodation arrangements. Once all details are confirmed, registered participants will be notified via email with the hotel booking information.
Hotel accommodations will be available at a reduced rate of $149 per night exclusively for registered participants, and the hotel booking link will be included in the registration confirmation email.
Please note that accommodations are prioritized for registered attendees. Room reservations made without completing event registration may be canceled without notice. While the hotel will not request registration verification at the time of booking, AKKA and the hotel will cross-check reservations and confirm the discounted AKKA rate only for participants who have completed event registration.
