PROGRAM SUBMISSION RULES
- All decisions made by AKKA WKC 2024 Program Committee are final.
- Every participant in the group must be registered to the AKKA WKC 2024.
- All presentations should be presented in Kannada (OR) Theme should be related to Karnataka

AKKA 2024 – Instrumental Group
AKKA 2024 – Group Dance
AKKA 2024 – Group Song
AKKA 2024 – Drama
AKKA 2024 – Other Programs Group - Good quality video/audio of the presentation should be provided (preferably in costume for Dance and Drama). A minimum of 3 mins recording is required
- Artists/Group profile and a detailed write up of the proposed presentation
- Optionally, reviews of past performances, media coverage, photographs etc. are encouraged.
- Please fill below entry form (Google form link)
- Each participant can only participate in a max of 2 programs. Please coordinate with the AKKA WKC 2024 Programs committee team for proper scheduling of your entries.
- All materials submitted, including the video; video links; will not be returned and will be destroyed after the program.
- Your time slot and duration will be given to you by the AKKA WKC 2024 Programs Committee
- Stage assignments and duration will be done by AKKA WKC 2024 Programs Committee
- Artists will be responsible for their own costumes and makeup
- All expenses should be borne by the Artists
- The participating group is responsible for setting up and clearing the stage after their performance. We request participating teams to take less than 5 mins for setup and 5 mins for any dismantling and clearing up the stage. If additional time is needed, it should be discussed with the Program committee beforehand.
- Any music used must be professionally recorded
- Minimum age of the participant is 6
- All Props used must be approved by the AKKA WKC 2024 Programs Committee
- Use of flammable objects, weapons, vermillion (gulaal) or any other item that poses a possibility of danger to the audience or surroundings is strictly prohibited.
- Artist will provide a brief description of the program for Compering
- Allotted duration includes Prop setup, Prop removal, and artist entry and exit times.
- Deadline for Application is May 15th
- Decision will be communicated to the artists selected by May 31st
- Follow the following timing guidelines for your category:
