The Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) provides fully accessible, street-level ADA entrances at its main locations: 12th & Arch Streets (East) and Broad Street (West). All entrances feature step-free access, and elevators are available throughout to reach all levels. Designated ADA drop-off is at 12th & Arch.
Registration Cancellation Policy and CC Payment Charges
There is no “IRS refund rule” for charities. But AKKA refund policy must be clear, published before purchase, and consistently applied—because it becomes your first line of defense against complaints and chargebacks.

Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are available at a reduced rate of $149 per night exclusively for registered participants only. Upon completing registration, participants will receive hotel booking links to their confirmation email address. Registered attendees will be given priority for accommodation. Please note that room reservations made without completing event registration will be canceled without notice. While the hotel won’t request registration confirmation, AKKA and the hotel will cross-reference bookings and confirm reservations at AKKA discounted price only for registered attendees.
If you are a sponsor (Bronze and above) and have selected one of the available packages, AKKA will secure your hotel room at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, and no further action is required. AKKA will communicate regarding your hotel booking closer to the event date.
