AKKA 2026 Model Participation Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the eligibility requirements, expectations, and responsibilities for individuals participating as models in the AKKA 2026 Fashion Showcase. All participants must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the AKKA 2026 Committee to ensure a professional, safe, and wellorganized event.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be between 16 and 50 years of age at the time of registration.
- Participants must demonstrate a strong sense of style and fashion.
- Participants must be registered attendees of AKKA 2026.
- Singleday tickets are not accepted for model participation.
3. Registration & Selection
- All individuals wishing to participate must submit a model profile as part of the registration process.
- The AKKA 2026 Committee retains full authority over:
- Final model selection
- Wardrobe decisions
- Makeup direction
- Submission of a profile does not guarantee selection.
4. Attendance Requirements
- Selected models must attend all mandatory practices, fittings, and rehearsals.
- Absences will only be excused if approved in advance by the committee.
- Repeated or unexcused absences may result in removal from the show.
5. Wardrobe, Hair, and Makeup
- Participants are responsible for providing their own costumes, hair styling, and makeup, unless otherwise specified by the committee.
- Any wardrobe items issued by the AKKA 2026 Committee must be returned immediately after use in their original condition.
- Failure to return or damage to wardrobe items may result in financial liability.
6. Conduct & Professionalism
- Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times during practices, rehearsals, and the event.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by event coordinators, choreographers, and committee members.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All submitted profiles, photographs, and personal information will be kept private and confidential.
- Information will be used solely for the purposes of model selection and event coordination.
8. Compliance
- Participation in the AKKA 2026 Fashion Showcase constitutes agreement to comply with all policies outlined in this document.
- The AKKA 2026 Committee reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed.
9. Disclaimer
By participating in the Fashion Show, the model agrees to comply with all the event guidelines and access the decision of the committee regarding model selection, wardrobe, makeup, scheduling and overall presentation.
By agreeing to participate, the model authorizes the organizers to capture, publish, reproduce and distribute photographs and videos taken prior and during the event. Maybe used for promotional and event-related purposes.
