Registration, Song Genres & Performance Rules
Contestants must fill the AKKA Idol Singing Registration Form with a registration fee of $50
Registrations will commence from Friday, April 24th and will be open till Sunday, May 31st 2026
Contestants choose any 2 genres from: Bhavageethe · Devotional Songs · Cinema Songs · Janapadageethe. All Songs must be in Kannada.
- Each song: maximum 1.5 to 2 minutes
- Only tambura shruti / background scale allowed — no pre-recorded tracks
- Contestants may register in one category only
Note: Quarterfinalists must be registered for AKKA 2026 convention
